Communication

Whether by email or phone, communication is key. Consultants must understand key issues to create unique solutions. Using our proprietary OA Consulting Framework, Clients’ needs are identified and evaluated, information gathered, and solutions developed.

Independence

After initial meetings, many of our services are navigated in a virtual workspace. Consultants must be comfortable with little oversight and lots of autonomy. Progressive and rewarding, this virtual workspace can be a problem for those who require heavy oversight.
